Tuesday, October 22 – Pre Conference 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Welcome Reception

Wednesday, October 23 - Registration, Breakfast, Lunch & Workshops 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 24 - Breakfast, Lunch & Workshops 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday, October 25 - Breakfast & Workshops 7:30 a.m. to Noon

We are currently evaluating the call for proposals and an agenda will be available by May 10.


HOTEL RESERVATIONS


DEADLINE: Room reservations must be made by Sept 29, 2024 All workshop sessions and events will be held at our conference hotel, The Doubletree Sonoma Wine Country hotel is offering ACHRO/EEO attendee the special rate of 168, plus tax and fees. Please make your reservations early. To make hotel reservations, we will send a hyperlink in the email.

A major credit card on first night deposit will be required upon booking reservations.
